Remote and outdoor exercise programs offered in Middletown

Enjoy yoga and zumba this week

Middletown Township’s free Remote Rec & Outdoor Exercise program continues this week, which has online yoga classes scheduled for residents to be able to enjoy the practice from the comfort of their own home. There will also be outdoor zumba and yoga.

The schedule this week is:

Tuesday: Online Yoga with Carol, from 6 to 7 p.m.; and Zumba, from 7 to 8 p.m., at the Raymond P Mongillo Community Center, located at 2140 Trenton Road in the back parking lot of the building
Wednesday: Yoga will run from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., at the Raymond P Mongillo Community Center, 2140 Trenton Road, in the back lawn of the building; and Online Yoga with Lynn will be offered from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.
Saturday: Online Yoga with Loretta, from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.

All of these exercise program offerings, both in person and online, are free of charge.
