State House Speaker Mike Turzai ordered a special election for Tuesday, March 17, in the 18th Legislative District.
Republican Gene DiGirolamo resigned the seat to become a Bucks County commissioner. There will be two other House special elections on St. Patrick’s Day, to fill seats vacated by Republicans who have become judges.
