Goldsteins’ Rosenberg’s Raphael-Sacks Funeral Home is hosting “Saturday Slam Down Showdown,” a pro-wrestling benefit featuring WWE superstars The Warlord and The Barbarian, along with special guest, former WWE star Ricardo Rodriguez, on Saturday, April 13, at Newtown Athletic Club, 120 Pheasant Run, Newtown. Doors open at 6 p.m.; bell time is 7 p.m.
Proceeds benefit The Hebrew Association of the Deaf, a nonprofit that provides social activities and community services for the deaf and hard of hearing regardless of their religion.
The wrestlers will battle it out in a fun-filled night for charity. Snacks, T-shirts and raffles will be available for purchase at the event. Seats are limited. Tickets range from $20-$35 and can be purchased at tinyurl.com/4dj2kvmb.
