The Australian Pink Floyd Show, which has been celebrating the music of Pink Floyd since 1988, is hitting Parx Casino’s Xcite Center stage on Friday, Sept. 22, one year after its last visit to Bensalem.

The Dark Side of the Moon Tour celebrates the 50th anniversary of Pink Floyd’s eighth studio album and brings to the stage the songs that mean so much to Pink Floyd fans all over the world. The show features state-of-the-art lighting and video, pinpoint lasers, inflatables and more.

Originally released in March 1973, The Dark Side of the Moon is among the most critically acclaimed records in history, has been certified 14 times Platinum in the UK and spent 962 weeks in the Billboard Top 100. It is Pink Floyd’s most successful album and one of the best-selling albums of all time.

TAPFS will play the album in its entirety, along with a selection of Pink Floyd’s iconic tracks. Replicating music from every phase of Pink Floyd’s journey, this tour reinforced TAPFS’ dedication to the heritage of Syd Barrett, Roger Waters, David Gilmour, Richard Wright and Nick Mason with a show that pays sincere tribute to those legendary Pink Floyd productions. In fact, Gilmour asked TAPFS to perform at his 50th birthday party and, along with various other members of the real Floyd, has voiced his support over the years for TAPFS.

The show begins at 8 p.m. Parx Casino’s Xcite Center is located at 2999 Street Road, Bensalem. Visit parxcasino.com/bensalem/xcitecenter for tickets and more information.
