Lenape Valley Foundation is aiming to make the holidays a little brighter this year for those in need through its Holiday Assistance Program, an annual effort organized by volunteers.

For more than 60 years, the staff of LVF has provided treatment, crisis services, case management and community supports for children and adults in need. More than 13,000 residents of the community utilized one or more of LVF’s critical services this past year. In 2021, the Holiday Assistance Program helped close to 500 people.

This year, LVF is seeking individuals, groups and companies to help those in need by “adopting” individuals and/or families to offer them some joy over the holidays. Once a company/individual agrees to “adopt,” a wish list will be provided. By purchasing gifts for these individuals, donors are doing a great service to others in the community. All those benefiting from this program are receiving services through Lenape Valley Foundation.
