Recorder of Deeds holding public events

Learn about the office, the Free Fraud Alert Program and more at the Warminster VFW Post 6493

Bucks County Recorder of Deeds Dan McPhillips will be holding meetings on the third Tuesday of the month, from 6 to 7 p.m., at Warminster VFW Post 6493. McPhillips will answer questions about the office, promote the Free Fraud Alert Program and take copies of Veteran Discharge Papers for recording.

McPhillips said, “During my tenure as a Warminster Township supervisor, I was proud to partner with business, places of worship and community centers to hold monthly constituent meetings, to listen to questions and concerns of residents of the community. This was something I really enjoyed and wanted to continue now that I’m an elected official at the county level. I feel as though it is important that the public have access to information about my office, and the county.”

Also, the Recorder of Deeds History Social takes place every second Wednesday of the month from 2 to 3 p.m. The social will explore the history that can be found in the preserved deed books, with the theme changing every month.
