Bensalem Police seize 26 pounds of marijuana, make arrest

The department’s Special Investigations Unit recovered $70,000 worth of drugs at 104 B Konefal St.

Earlier this month, the Bensalem Township Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit, along with the Bucks-Mont Safe Streets FBI Task Force, executed a search warrant at 104 B Konefal St. in Bensalem.

As a result of the investigation, police recovered 26 pounds of marijuana, THC, Psilocybin (mushroom) edibles, paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking, approximately $21,000 in cash, a Yamaha motorcycle valued at approximately $7,000 and a Rolex watch valued at $44,000. The estimated street value of the recovered drugs is in excess of $70,000.

Police arrested Clinton Douglas, 37, of Bensalem, who was inside of the home. Douglas was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver and related charges. He was arraigned by District Judge Regina Armitage and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $150,000 bail.
