St. Mary, United Way partner to provide free internet for families

The deadline to apply has been extended to Feb. 5

St. Mary Medical Center, United Way of Bucks County and Comcast are partnering to get families connected to the internet at no cost. The goal is to provide access for telehealth and/or educational purposes.

Eligible families receive one year of free, in-home internet. After one year, they have the option to continue the service at an affordable rate. Currently, the rate is $9.95 per month, plus tax (subject to change; terms and conditions may apply). Some families may also be eligible to receive a new or refurbished device at no cost to make learning and connecting to essential services easier.

There are a limited number of open spots. Applications are limited by zip code. The deadline has been extended to Feb. 5. Click here for more information.
