Middletown Township’s Parks & Recreation Department announced that registration is now open for its virtual exercise programs.
The exercise program schedule can be found below. All sessions will be seven weeks of classes, and $35 to register.
– Mondays, Jan. 11-Feb. 22, at 6 p.m. – Tai Chi with Jason
– Tuesdays, Jan. 12-Feb. 23, at 6 p.m. – Yoga with Carol
– Wednesdays, Jan. 13-Feb. 24, at 6 p.m. – Yoga with Lynn
– Thursdays, Jan. 14-Feb. 25, at 6 p.m. – Zumba with Carolyn
– Saturdays, Jan. 16-Feb. 27, at 9:15 a.m. – Yoga with Loretta
Once you are registered, you will be sent an email each week with your link to access the virtual class.
