Middletown offering archery instruction this fall

Learn proper stance, range safety and more through Shooting Stars Archery Academy

Shooting Stars Archery Academy is partnering with Middletown Township to provide archery instruction to the community in this interactive program. Shooting Stars is the premier archery program of Bucks County.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of archery, including proper stance, form, range safety, archery terms, parts of the bow, core strength, how to shoot targets with precision and more. Shooting Stars is taught by USA Archery-certified instructors with over 20 years of experience.

Cost is $86 for residents, $97 for non-residents. Location is Detective Christopher Jones Memorial Park, 499 Beechwood Ave., Langhorne. Session 1 runs Mondays, Sept. 14-Oct. 5; Session 2 runs Mondays, Oct. 12-Nov. 2. The time for ages 5-12 is from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.; the time for ages 13 and up is 5:45 to 6:45 p.m.
