Remote Rec programming

Enjoy both online and outdoor fitness activities this week through Middletown Township Parks & Recreation

Middletown Township Parks & Recreation’s free Remote Rec program continues this week. Online yoga classes for residents include:

Tuesday: Yoga with Carol, from 6 to 7 p.m.
Wednesday: Yoga with Lynn, from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.
Saturday: Yoga with Loretta, from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.

To join any of these classes, visit gotomeet.me/MiddletownParksRecreation a few minutes before class begins.

There are two outdoor additions to the exercise program. Outdoor zumba and yoga will be offered for residents who want to get their exercise in a socially distanced setting. These classes are also offered free of charge.

Tuesday: Zumba with Carolyn will run from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Raymond P. Mongillo Community Center, located at 2140 Trenton Road, in the back parking lot
Wednesday: Yoga with Natalie will run from 8 to 9 p.m. at Community Park, 2600 Langhorne-Yardley Road, on the lower soccer fields just behind where the new skate park is located
