Middletown Township Remote Rec programming

Outdoor Yoga and Zumba are offered this week

Middletown Township Parks & Recreation is continuing its variety of socially-distanced recreation activities for the community. It’s free Remote Rec programs continue this week.

Three online yoga classes are scheduled for the following dates:

Tuesday: Yoga with Carol, from 6 to 7 p.m.
Wednesday: Yoga with Lynn, from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.
Saturday: Yoga with Loretta, from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.

To join any of these classes, visit gotomeet.me/MiddletownParksRecreation a few minutes before class begins.

There are two outdoor additions for residents who want to get their exercise in a socially distanced outdoor setting. The following classes are offered free of charge:

Wednesday: Yoga with Natalie will run from 8 to 9 p.m., at Community Park, 2600 Langhorne-Yardley Road, on the lower soccer fields just behind where the new skatepark is located
Thursday: Zumba with Carolyn will run from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the Raymond P. Mongillo Community Center, 2140 Trenton Road, in the back parking lot
