Wireless Zone employees helped present a Dream to a local special needs child on Monday, Feb. 17, at the Feasterville store, located at 110 E. Street Road. Funds donated to Sunshine Foundation from Wireless Zone will answer the dream of Briella, of Willow Grove, age 6, diagnosed with Down syndrome.
Briella loves to swim, sing and paint. She is a resilient and happy child and has overcome a severe heart condition and surgery. Her adoptive mom said she would love to attend Aqua Tots Swim School, where Briella can receive specialized individual swimming and water safety instruction.
“The Sunshine Foundation is grateful to spread sunshine into Briella’s sweet life through a generous grant from Wireless Zone of Feasterville,” said Kate Sample, Sunshine Foundation president. “We’re grateful to those in the community who help us make dreams come true.”
Founded in 2003, the Wireless Zone Foundation for Giving annually raises significant funds and supports a large number of local charities and causes through its 330-plus retail locations nationwide.
The Sunshine Foundation answers dreams of chronically ill, physically challenged and abused children from income-limited families.
