Learn more about this fascinating media when local producer Ronnie Palmieri, of Bristol Pod Works, presents Accessing Podcasts for News and Entertainment on Wednesday, Jan. 22 at 6:30 p.m. at the Margaret R. Grundy Memorial Library, 680 Radcliffe St., Bristol.
Palmieri will discuss the many types of podcasts available for your personal computer or smartphone and more. Learn exactly what a podcast is; the top podcasts you have probably heard of (and some you have not); the best apps to use for every device; how to browse categories and sort through reviews to find podcasts about your interests; and, lastly, how to subscribe.
