Langhorne Council for the Arts and The Peace Center will host a screening and discussion of the PBS documentary Tell Them We Are Rising: The Story of Historically Black Colleges and Universities on Monday, Jan. 21 at 7 p.m. at the Richardson House, located on the corner of Bellevue and Maple Aves. in Langhorne Borough.
LCA and The Peace Center are continuing the tradition of hosting a film and discussion related to various aspects of the Civil Rights movement, looking through the lens of the past, present and future. This year’s presentation focuses on education.
This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
