Perry Warren sworn in as 31st District representative

Tom Waring, the Times

State Rep. Perry Warren was sworn into office as representative for the 31st Legislative District during a ceremony this week at the Pennsylvania Capitol.

“I am excited for the opportunity to serve my community and district as its state representative,” Warren said. “I look forward to representing my constituents in Harrisburg while continuing to learn more about the people who call our region home.”

Warren announced that his district constituent service office is open for business at 91 S. Main St., Yardley. The district office telephone number is 215–493–5420. His office staff also will be available for constituent services at Morrisville Borough Hall on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month from noon to 4 p.m.

“My office and staff are equipped to assist you with state-related programs and can help you resolve a variety of issues with public services,” Warren said.

Warren said that he is eager to start the legislative session, as he will be focused on creating solutions for Pennsylvania, including combating opioid addiction, increasing education funding, promoting civil rights and supporting sensible gun safety laws.

Warren, a Newtown Borough resident, was elected on Nov. 8. The district includes all of Lower Makefield, Newtown Borough, Newtown Township and Yardley and parts of Morrisville.

Warren’s website is at pahouse.com/warren.

His legislative social media accounts can be found on Facebook and Twitter.
