Pennsylvania Professional Fire Fighters Association endorses Fitzpatrick

PPFFA president David Chiaramonte said Fitzpatrick's "willingness to strive for bipartisanship is welcome in an era of ever-increasing divisiveness"

The Pennsylvania Professional Fire Fighters Association has endorsed U.S. Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-1st dist.) for re-election.

“We are forever indebted to those who answer the call of duty and put themselves on the frontlines every day. I’m grateful to be endorsed by the Pennsylvania Professional Fire Fighters Association and honored to be fighting for them,” Fitzpatrick said.

PPFFA president David Chiaramonte said to Fitzpatrick, “Your leadership on H.R. 1154, the Public Safety Employer-Employee Cooperation Act, is just an example of your continued support on behalf of hard-working Americans. The willingness to strive for bipartisanship is welcome in an era of ever-increasing divisiveness.”

Meanwhile, the Montgomery County Republican Committee endorsed Fitzpatrick last week.
