On Sunday, Oct. 23, at about 2:08 a.m., a Bensalem Police officer was flagged down by a robbery victim on Hulmeville Road. The victim reported that he was getting into his delivery truck at KMC Distributor, 1810 Byberry Road, at about 9 p.m., when he was approached by two unknown males.

One of the men allegedly produced a handgun and demanded money from the victim as they removed him from his delivery truck. The victim advised the males that he didn’t have any cash. He was then forced into their vehicle at gunpoint. The victim was blindfolded and taken to several ATMs, where cash withdrawals were made from the victim’s bank account. Other unknown males joined the initial two robbers and also assisted in the robbery and abduction of the victim. After several hours, the victim was dropped off near Street and Hulmeville roads.

An investigation was initiated by Bensalem Township Police Detectives, and the suspect’s vehicle was identified. The vehicle was entered into the National Criminal Intelligence Center as a felony vehicle.

On Oct. 26, the Palmyra Borough Police Department conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle identifying several occupants, including the vehicle owner, Dikenson Joshua Noel, 25, of the 600 block of Levick St. in Philadelphia. An additional investigation was able to identify Noel as one of the men who committed the robbery and abduction.

Bensalem Detectives are still in the process of identifying the other subjects involved in the robbery.

On Nov. 15, Noel was arrested and charged with two counts of Kidnapping, Robbery, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Access Device Fraud, Possession of an Instrument of Crime, Unlawful Restraint, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, False Imprisonment and Conspiracy. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Justice Michael Gallagher and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10 percent of $2 million bail.
