Now through Aug. 1, the Bensalem Township Community Park, 4301 Richlieu Road, will be closed to the public Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. This includes all foot traffic, as well as any and all vehicles. The closure also includes the lower parking lots.
The restricted time closure is due to the housing of the Bensalem Township Summer Recreation Program. There will be no admittance to anyone who is not a participant of the summer program, as the safety of those participating takes priority over all else.
The park will reopen for public use at 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, and will be open under the regular park hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
