Just for the Kids announces classroom projects for 2022-23

Nineteen projects are receiving a total of $8,678.47

During the recent Bensalem Township school board meeting, the Just for the Kids Education Foundation announced the recipients of the Classroom Project Awards for the 2022-23 school year.

Nineteen projects will receive funding totaling $8,678.47. The foundation has been funding classroom projects since 1996. Over $500,000 has gone directly into the classrooms of all nine Bensalem schools. These projects help teachers achieve their respective educational goals and enhance their classroom presentations.

A list of projects, broken down by school, is below:

Belmont Hills Elementary School

– Dylan Ball, 3D Printing Technology, $471.69
– Chelsea May, Elementary Soft Starts, $436.49
– Mary Savage, Marker Water, $500

Cornwells Elementary School

– Joanna Bryant and Jane Stallone, Author Day 2022-23, $500

Faust Elementary School

Struble Elementary School

Valley Elementary School

Shafer Middle School
