On May 28, St. Mary Medical Center ordered more than 1,400 meals from local restaurants – Moish & Itzy’s, Tre Fratelli and Manhattan Bagel – as a way to celebrate May as Heroes Month, a month-long celebration for Nurses Week, Hospital Week, EMS Week and Doctor’s Day.
St. Mary wanted to honor its frontline healthcare workers, as well as support local stores to give thanks for the many generous donations it has received from the community.
