The teams raised more than $3,000 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation

During the month of October, Bensalem athletic teams were tasked with raising money for Breast Cancer Awareness Month for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
Teams collected money at games, fundraisers and golf outings. They also came together and helped raise awareness and money by wearing pink at games and events.
In all, they raised $3,305.68.
