The Bucks County Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphans’ Court will host Vows and Valentines 2026, a free wedding and vow-renewal ceremony on February 13, 2026.
The event, which will consist of a vow-renewal ceremony followed by wedding ceremonies, will take place on the third-floor rotunda of the Bucks County Administration Building, 55 E. Court Street, Doylestown, PA, from 12 pm-2 pm.Officiants will include Cantor Neil Schnitzer and Mouza Gornosta.
Bridal flowers, boutonnieres, photography by CK Photography, videography by James Donnelly, live music by Mervin Toussaint Jazz Band, and a catered lunch will be provided.
Due to space restrictions, couples may bring up to two guests. Space is limited, so interested couples are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] by Monday, February 2, 2026.
Couples participating in the free wedding ceremony must obtain their marriage license by Monday, February 9, 2026. Bucks County marriage applications are accepted in person or online and can be started at the following page: www.buckscounty.gov/marriagelicenses.
This will be the fifth annual Vows and Valentines wedding hosted by the Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphans’ Court and the first under Acting Clerk of Orphans’ Court, Doug Wayne, Esq. This will be the first wedding held since Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphans’ Court, Linda Bobrin, Esq., was elected to serve on the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
The Weddings for Heroes program provides two free weddings each year. Vows and Veterans is exclusively for couples with at least one veteran or first responder, while Vows and Valentines is open to the general public. Weddings for Heroes is made possible by the generous donations of local businesses and individuals to its 501(c)(3), Bucks County Weddings and Wills for Heroes.
