Core Value Insurance Group (CVIG), a Bucks County-based, family-owned Medicare brokerage, cut the ribbon on a new, state-of-the-art office renovation at their headquarters this week. To kick off its preparation period ahead of Medicare Open Enrollment season, the brokerage hosted more than 100 attendees, including elected officials, community leaders, employees, friends, and family, for a celebration on September 16.
The $3 million investment in CVIG’s 15,000-square-foot Trevose headquarters included major updates to the office infrastructure, systems, and technology. The firm has quadrupled in size since opening in 2021 and hopes to expand to 200 employees in 2026. As part of the renovations, CVIG opened a world-class training center for its agents, added capacity for employee expansion, designed and installed custom desks, and built out a dedicated relaxation and mental health space.
“We are prioritizing an office environment that goes beyond addressing our employee’s basic needs,” said Austin Levin, Founder and CEO. “Every agent in our office is trained from the ground up, and the improvements to our headquarters allow us to do that more effectively and efficiently as we work towards our goal of educating seniors about Medicare and ensuring they have the coverage that they need.”
Owners and siblings Austin and Sydney Levin also presented a $10,000 donation to Caring for Friends, a Philadelphia-based food pantry and meal delivery service supporting seniors in the area.
“Core Value Insurance Group and the Levin Family are longtime supporters of Caring for Friends,” said Vince Shiavone, CEO, Caring for Friends. “We are thankful not only for their generous donation but for their commitment to supporting the seniors in our community and beyond.”
Attendees of the event enjoyed food from Andale Latino Grill, a local, family-owned food restaurant, and entertainment from Classix 107.9 radio. CVIG welcomed Pennsylvania State Representative Jared G. Solomon for remarks at the event.
CVIG offers education and support for Medicare customers and currently serves 10,000 seniors in the Philadelphia market as well as in other parts of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. The brokerage estimates they will have touchpoints with 50,000 seniors during the seven weeks of open enrollment and ultimately enroll 15,000.
