July 17, 2025

Family Service is thrilled to welcome Caroline Joyce to their Board of Directors. An accomplished accountant with over 20 years of experience across the non-profit, media, manufacturing, and financial service sectors, she can guide and support their agency in multiple crucial areas.

Throughout her career, Caroline has demonstrated outstanding performance in exceeding goals by managing and improving company-wide processes through system implementation, policy development and enhancement and through global risk assessment and minimization efforts. Currently, she is responsible for managing the daily finance and IT operations for a $400m non-profit in Central New Jersey.

“I joined the Board of Directors for Family Service Association of Bucks County because I am deeply committed to supporting an organization that has been a cornerstone of our community of over 70 years,” said Joyce. “The mission to “listen, care and help” resonates with me, particularly their comprehensive approach to addressing mental health, substance use, homelessness, and family support. FSABC is truly a pillar of our local community, and I am grateful for this opportunity to contribute to their impactful work.”
