Bucks County Register of Wills, LINDA BOBRIN, Esq. will be embarking on her third Senior Center Tour this summer. Accompanied by members of her staff, she will present on wills, estate planning, and inheritance tax at Senior Centers across Bucks County.

These hour-long presentations teach attendees an overview of the probate process and inheritance tax, and the basics of what makes a will valid, using examples of actual wills accepted into probate. Audience questions and participation are encouraged.
The Bucks County Register of Wills is responsible for appointing the personal representative of a decedent’s estate. The Register is also the agent for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to collect inheritance tax.
