Family Service is thrilled to announce the promotion of Courtney Miller, M.A. to Director of Operations. With more than two decades of experience in nonprofit healthcare, Miller brings a unique blend of clinical insight and technical field experience, which is vital to this position.
As Director of Operations, Courtney will be part of the Senior Leadership Team. In that capacity, she will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational functions to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with the Family Service mission.
For the past 10 years, Miller has specialized in managing electronic health records (EHR), streamlining systems to improve efficiency, compliance and patient care outcomes. She is particularly passionate about data architecture, exploring how thoughtful system design can enhance data integrity, accessibility, and interoperability across healthcare systems.
