Bucks County’s Top 13 Boys Basketball Players for the 2024-25 Season

As the 2024-25 high school basketball season approaches, Bucks County’s top players are ready to make an impact.

This year, the region is stacked with talent; 12 seniors and one standout junior are set to lead their teams and turn heads.

It doesn’t matter if they’re commanding the paint, draining clutch threes, or locking down opponents; these players bring a mix of skill, determination, and flair to the game.

Take Luke Bevilacqua of George School, for example.

At 6-foot-10, he’s a towering presence who overcame injuries last season to average 13.4 points, 7.7 rebounds, and an impressive 52% shooting from the field.

Although he’s big, he’s efficient––he earned second-team all-state honors (non-PIAA) and a verbal commitment to Lafayette.

Then there’s Grady Burt, Council Rock North’s 6-6 wing, who has a knack for filling up the stat sheet.

Burt averaged 14.3 points and 4.8 rebounds last year, earning him second-team All-SOL Patriot Division recognition. He will play at Division II Caldwell University.

Upper Moreland’s Colson Campbell is the epitome of versatility.

A 6-1 guard, he averaged 14.1 points, 5 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 2.4 steals per game while shooting a sharp 38% from three.

His efforts landed him first-team All-SOL Freedom honors and solidified his place among the area’s elite.

For Archbishop Wood, Milan Dean is the guy you can’t help but notice.

At 6-3, this athletic wing brought excitement with 7.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, a team-leading 2.4 blocks, and 1.3 steals per game.

With offers from Robert Morris, Manhattan, and West Chester, Dean’s future looks just as dynamic as his game.

Bensalem’s Amir Drummond is a blur on the court.

At 5-8, this speedy Bensalem basketball guard stepped up as the Owls’ sixth man last season, averaging 11.6 points, 2.6 assists, and 1.8 steals.

Now, he’s ready to take center stage as their go-to scorer.

Ahmaar Godhania of North Penn is pure firepower.

The 6-1 guard poured in 16 points per game, grabbed 3.6 rebounds, and knocked down 40% of his three-point attempts last season.

Those numbers earned him first-team All-SOL Colonial recognition and cemented his reputation as one of Bucks County’s top players.

Tony Martin, Dock Mennonite’s 6-3 wing, is as steady as they come. A four-year starter, Martin averaged 10 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 steals per game last season while leading his team to an undefeated record in the Bicentennial Athletic League during his career.

For Germantown Academy, Tyler Nolan is the sharpshooter every team dreams of.

The 6-3 wing averaged 13.7 points per game and hit an outstanding 45% of his three-pointers.

With his commitment to Haverford College already in place, Nolan is set for one more season of long-range dominance.

Nick Parisi of La Salle is a scoring machine. The 6-3 guard averaged 20.4 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.6 steals last season while shooting a sizzling 40.3% from beyond the arc.

Recognized with second-team All-Catholic honors, Parisi is a player who thrives under pressure.

Pennridge’s Xavier Peters is the engine that keeps his team running.

Despite a season limited to 16 games due to injury, the 5-11 point guard averaged 16.6 points and 3.4 assists, earning second-team All-SOL Colonial honors.

His quickness and court vision are a game-changer.

At Pennsbury, three-year starter Mike Roccograndi has built a reputation for his defensive intensity.

He averaged 8.5 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1 steal last season while earning second-team All-SOL National recognition.

Roccograndi’s leadership on both ends of the floor makes him critical for Pennsbury’s success.

Souderton’s lone representative on this list is junior guard Chanse Salone.

At 6-0, he’s already turning heads, averaging 11 points, 4.2 assists, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.3 steals last season.

His second-team All-SOL Liberty honors are a testament to his all-around play.

And finally, there’s Holy Ghost Prep’s Adrien Varella, who’s a force on the court.

The 6-3 wing dominated with 20.8 points and 8.5 rebounds per game last season, earning third-team all-state honors in Class 5A.

Varella’s physicality and scoring ability make him one of the most exciting players to watch.

With such a deep pool of talent, Bucks County’s top players are ready to make this season unforgettable.

Every game is a chance for these athletes to prove why they’re among the best, and fans won’t want to miss a moment of the action.
