Family Service welcomes new director of development

Jean Holmes, MBA, has served Bucks County nonprofits for 20 years

Family Service Association of Bucks County welcomed Jean Holmes, MBA, as director of development. Holmes is a dedicated nonprofit professional who has served Bucks County nonprofits for 20 years. Her experience in development and AI consulting has led her through diverse sectors, including higher education, public health, music education and social services.

Drawing from her early days at an internet start-up, Holmes has a deep understanding of technology and innovation and hopes to utilize this experience to support neighbors in need. When she’s not empowering nonprofits, Holmes enjoys immersing herself in the beauty and culture of Bucks County.

Holmes is thrilled to begin her tenure with Family Service, where she will contribute to the agency’s mission and vision on many levels.

“I could not be happier to join Family Service,” she said. “I have long admired this organization and look forward to serving the most vulnerable in our community. We will build partnerships to strengthen our programs and amplify our impact, ensuring that every individual we serve has the support they need to thrive.”
