Vita Education Services announced the appointment of Heather S. Giampapa as its new executive director. With a significant background in nonprofit leadership, Giampapa is poised to lead Vita into its next chapter, building on its well-regarded legacy of empowering individuals in the Bucks County area through education.
Giampapa brings over two decades of experience to her new role at Vita. Her resume includes impactful positions at notable organizations, such as the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations, Uplift Center for Grieving Children, St. Mary Medical Center, A Woman’s Place and Astral Artists. Giampapa is a Pennsylvania Standards for Excellence Licensed Consultant. She has an extensive background in nonprofit management, development and program excellence that Vita believes will be invaluable in propelling it forward.
“I am thrilled to join the Vita team and continue the organization’s vital work in fostering education and opportunity within our community,” she said. “I look forward to collaborating with our dedicated staff, volunteers and partners to expand our reach and deepen our impact.”

The nationwide search for Vita’s new executive director was funded in part by a grant from Foundations Community Partnership. Happ expressed appreciation for this support, saying, “We are grateful for FCP’s investment in Vita’s mission and future.”
