Bensalem Police are investigating a retail theft at the Acme, located at 2301 Bristol Road, on July 24. It was reported that an unknown white male entered the store at approximately 1 p.m. and stole seven cases of Twisted Tea Lights, valuing $134. He then fled on foot without paying for the merchandise.

Kohl’s retail theft

Bensalem Police are investigating a retail theft at Kohl’s, located at 2325 Street Road, on July 25. It was reported at approximately 9 a.m. that an unknown black female entered the Sephora section of the store and concealed makeup items in a large black tote bag. She exited the store without paying for the merchandise and fled the area in a white Nissan sedan with a Virginia license plate. The total amount stolen was approximately $1,633.

Happy Vape retail theft

Bensalem Police are investigating a retail theft at the Happy Vape and Tobacco Smoke Shop, located at 2216 Street Road, on July 26. It was reported that an unknown white male entered the store at 9 p.m. and stole three vapes valued at $105. He fled on foot without paying for the merchandise.

Arrest warrant

An arrest warrant has been issued for John C. Marks, 44, of Philadelphia, who was identified by Lower Southampton Police as the male who committed a retail theft at the Acme on E. Street Road on March 26. It was reported that, at approximately 2:25 p.m., he entered the store and loaded a shopping cart with laundry detergent and Corona beer. He pushed the cart past all points of sale and left without paying for the merchandise. He arrived and left in a dark-colored sedan that was missing the passenger side front hub cap.
