Kohl’s retail theft
Bensalem Police are investigating a retail theft at Kohl’s, 2325 Street Road, on June 21. It was reported at approximately 6 p.m. that two unknown Hispanic males entered the store and each selected a Tote cooler bag from the business. Both men began concealing shirts and socks, valued over $1,000, inside the coolers. They fled the area in a black SUV without paying for the merchandise.

Credit card fraud
Bensalem Police are investigating a credit card fraud that occurred at Lowe’s, 3421 Horizon Blvd., on June 20. It was reported at approximately 9:15 a.m. that two unknown males entered the store together and used a fraudulent Lowe’s credit card to make a purchase of wires, valuing $1,815. The men fled the area in a silver Dodge Caravan displaying a Delaware temporary registration.

Retail theft arrest
On June 19, Michael A. Disanto, 34, of Philadelphia, was arrested by Lower Southampton Police on an outstanding arrest warrant out of Bensalem Police. Disanto was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility. He is also receiving charges for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property after he was identified during an investigation of two thefts from the Acme, located along East Street Road in Feasterville, on June 10 and 19.

On June 19, Nikki L. Collins, 28, of Philadelphia, was arrested by Lower Southampton Police on an outstanding arrest warrant out of Philadelphia Police. Collins was transported to the correctional facility in Philadelphia, where she was turned over to the Philadelphia authorities. Collins is also receiving charges for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property after she was identified during an investigation of a theft from the Acme on East Street Road in Feasterville on June 25.
