Mind Body Soul Wellness Center, Neshaminy Plaza, 3070 Bristol Pike, Building 2, Suite 218, announced the formation of multiple group therapy activities available to the general public.
The groups are held each Saturday, with a morning (11 a.m. to noon) and afternoon (2 to 3 p.m.) session.
The first Saturday of each month features a grief support group, as well as a social anxiety group therapy session open to teens and adults utilizing the tabletop roleplaying game Dungeons & Dragons.
The second Saturday of the month features a postpartum support group, as well as a specialty group that features a variety of group leaders and topics.
The third Saturday of each month features 11:11, a spiritual medium monthly meet-up, and Alphabet Soup, a group designed for LGBTQ+ teens needing help in expressing their diversity.
The fourth Saturday of the month features an anger management group, as well as a myofascial release self-treatment class that provides the skills to assist in returning to a pain-free, active lifestyle.
Sessions vary in price and availability depending on the type of group. The sessions aim to further the mission of Mind Body Soul Wellness Center to provide therapy approaches to people regardless of their means and access.
