St. Mary Medical Center announced that it has partnered with the Newtown Athletic Club to support the health and wellbeing of the Bucks County community.

As the presenting healthcare partner of the NAC, St. Mary will engage with NAC members and visitors through a variety of health-focused initiatives, including education seminars and an on-site concierge program. The concierge will assist NAC members with tasks such as scheduling and coordinating services, like outpatient testing and provider appointments, as well as resolving potential billing matters or ordering pharmacy prescriptions.

“St. Mary is excited for the opportunity to further enhance the health and wellbeing of the Bucks County community,” said Michael Magro, DO, president of St. Mary Medical Center. “Convenience is an essential element of the patient experience. By aligning our services with a popular health center like the Newtown Athletic Club, we are offering access to high-quality care in a setting where patients and potential patients are already actively focusing on improving and maintaining their health.”

“As one of the top three independently-owned health clubs in the country, we are thrilled to be partnering with St. Mary Medical Center to expand wellness options and access to healthcare for our members and the community,” said Jim Worthington, owner of the NAC. “The alignment between fitness, healthy lifestyles and health promotion from the medical professionals will serve to make our community stronger in every way. We are all in the business of improving and saving lives.”
