Kohl’s retail theft
Bensalem Police are investigating a retail theft that occurred at Kohl’s, 2325 Street Road, on March 17.
At about 5:15 p.m., two unknown Hispanic females entered the store and stole about $1,300 worth of fragrances. They then fled the area in a dark-colored sedan without paying for the merchandise.

Man arrested for possession of child pornography
On Jan. 2, the Lower Southampton Township Police Department received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. The tip was investigated, and Paul Kerr, 78, of Langhorne, was identified as a suspect.
A search warrant was executed on Kerr’s residence, and electronics were seized from the residence. A forensic analysis of the seized devices demonstrated that Kerr was in possession of over 100 images depicting child sexual abuse material, commonly referred to as child pornography.
Kerr surrendered and was arraigned on March 22, where bail was set. He is awaiting his day in court.
Walgreens retail theft
On March 20, at about 2:24 p.m., Lower Southampton Police investigated the report of a retail theft in progress at the Walgreens, located at 2 E. Street Road, Feasterville.
Officers arrived and apprehended the involved male as he exited the store without paying for merchandise that he had concealed in a carry bag. During the arrest process, the man provided police with a false name, and he was found in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
During the booking process, the individual was positively identified as Louis Morano, 34, of Philadelphia. Also during this investigation, it was found that Morano was involved in another retail theft on March 11 at the same Walgreens. He was also found to be listed as a wanted person for other outstanding arrest warrants.
Morano was arraigned and bail was set. He was remanded to the Bucks County Prison.
