TMA Bucks announced through its TMA Bucks Foundation that Bucks County high school seniors planning to pursue a course of post-high school study in civil engineering, urban planning, transportation management or any other related field can apply for a scholarship from the TMA Bucks Foundation Scholarship Fund.
Any graduating high school senior who is a resident of Bucks County is eligible to apply. The application is available to download at tmabucks.com/the-2024-tma-bucks-foundation-scholarship-fund-application-is-now-available/.
The Joseph DiGirolamo Scholarship is a one-time $1,000 award to be paid directly to the college or other accredited secondary school the winning student will attend beginning in fall 2024. The scholarship recognizes Bensalem Mayor Joseph DiGirolamo, who was the founder of TMA Bucks and served 11 years as president of the board of directors.
All fully completed applications must be received through email at [email protected] in one PDF document no later than Wednesday, May 1, at 5 p.m. Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances.
