Man wanted for inappropriately messaging teen
On Nov. 10, 2023, officers from Lower Southampton Township Police received a report of a 13-year-old girl being sent inappropriate messages on Facebook Messenger. Investigators obtained copies of the messages and, through investigation, identified the suspect as Lawrence W. Kramer, 65, of Bensalem, who messaged the girl soliciting nude photos and sexual acts.
Kramer initially cooperated with detectives, but has since refused to turn himself in after being notified of the arrest warrant.
