The Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce is hosting its next keynote program on Thursday, Jan. 11, at Bristol Riverside Theatre, 120 Radcliffe St. in Bristol. Networking and breakfast is from 8:30 to 9 a.m., and the program is from 9 to 10:15 a.m.
“Systematic Magic: 7 Magic Keys to Disnify Any Business” will be presented by Vance Morris, Chief Xperience Officer, Xperience Service Systems by DSNi. Morris will keep attendees engaged through humorous stories about his time working at Walt Disney World. They’ll leave with the knowledge and tactics to deliver a magical experience for their clients and customers. Morris shares his passion for customer service in an authentic, non-clichéd presentation.
Attendees will discover how to create a “WOW” effect, the importance of details (everything speaks), how to create service standards, the importance of their physical and psychological environment, the importance of engaged employees and how to bring it all together.
