On Nov. 19, Lower Southampton Township Police investigated an overnight burglary of a local business located along Bristol Road in the Oakford section of the township. A man entered the business after gaining entry through a first-floor window.

Lower Southampton Township Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Christopher M. Hill Jr., 29, of Upper Darby, who went to Surplus City Guns, 302 Bustleton Pike in Feasterville, and allegedly provided false statements when filling out the ATF form 4473. 

Charges include Person not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell or transfer firearms.
