Leadership Bucks County returns for 30th year

Applications are being accepted for the 2023-24 Leadership Bucks County program, administered by the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce. 

Now in its 30th year, Leadership Bucks County is designed to develop Lower Bucks County business professionals to become more effective leaders through personal and professional development of leadership qualities and skills while collaborating with fellow leaders. Leadership Bucks County’s vision is to be an essential investment for the development of leadership skills in the area. 

Bucks County companies and organizations are invited to sponsor an associate in this results-oriented program.

More than 450 participants from companies throughout Bucks County and the surrounding area have completed the program. 

The program offers emerging professionals a curriculum to develop their personal leadership skills, including team building and personal assessment exercises, interactive presentations and monthly workshops. Leadership participants also meet with Bucks County leaders in business, government, law, healthcare, education and other industries. 

The program includes 10 in-person sessions, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting Dec. 12. The final session and graduation ceremony takes place June 11, 2024. Session locations vary depending upon the subject content.

Tuition cost is $1,000. A non-refundable deposit of $600 is required at registration, with final payment by Dec. 12. Tuition includes materials and refreshments (other than those sponsored). Limited to two company representatives per organization.
