Lenape Valley Foundation is aiming to make the holidays a little brighter for those in need through its Holiday Assistance Program, an annual effort organized by volunteers.
For more than 60 years, the staff of Lenape Valley Foundation has been there to provide treatment, crisis services, case management and community supports for children and adults in need. Close to 14,000 residents in the community utilized one or more of LVF’s services this past year. Last year, the Holiday Assistance Program helped close to 500 people.
Once again this year, LVF is seeking individuals, groups and companies to help those in need by “adopting” individuals and/or families to offer them some joy over the holidays. Once a company/individual agrees to “adopt,” a wish list will be provided. All those benefiting from this program are receiving services through Lenape Valley Foundation.
