Linda Bobrin, Esq., Bucks County Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphans’ Court, is hosting her third annual Vows and Veterans wedding celebration on Wednesday, Nov. 8, from noon to 2 p.m. in the 3rd Floor Rotunda of the Bucks County Administration Building in Doylestown. Former Under-Secretary of the Army Patrick J. Murphy will officiate the ceremony.
This wedding is the sixth event hosted by Weddings for Heroes. The Weddings for Heroes program was founded and initiated by Bobrin, and is funded entirely by donations from many local businesses, as well as the general public. The wedding celebration includes table arrangements courtesy of Edible Arrangements Doylestown, live music by Mervin Toussaint Jazz Band, photography by Courtney Kanig Photography, cupcakes provided by The Novel Baker, a catered lunch and a videographer. In addition, Bucks County’s 1740 House Country Inn is generously donating honeymoon gift certificates to couples taking part in the ceremony.
In addition to the wedding, a vow-renewal ceremony will also be part of this celebration. Participating couples looking to marry or renew their marriage vows must include at least one veteran or first-responder.
All interested couples should email [email protected] as soon as possible. For more information on how to participate or donate services or funds, contact Landsberg at 215-340-8268.
