Ockeen O. Aitcheson, 29, of Philadelphia, was arrested on Sept. 8 by Lower Southampton Township Police after he was taken into custody by the Philadelphia Police Department, who assisted with locating him.
On Aug. 9 and Aug. 21, Lower Southampton Police responded to the Fine Wine & Good Spirits, located at 162 E. Street Road in Feasterville, to investigate reports of shoplifting being committed by the same individual. Following the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Aitcheson for Felony charges of Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property after he was positively identified.
