Bensalem Police, Fire and EMS personnel recently welcomed students back to school. Some K9 officers were even there to greet the kids.

As the 2023-24 school year gets underway, police are reminding community members to stop for school buses with the red lights flashing. The school bus safety program is still in effect.

If you are captured on video passing school buses with flashing lights, you will receive a civil citation with a fine of $300.
