On Aug. 9 and Aug. 21, Lower Southampton Township Police responded to Fine Wine & Good Spirits, 162 E. Street Road, Feasterville, to investigate reports of shoplifting being committed by the same individual.
Following the investigation, an arrest warrant has been issued for Ockeen O. Aitcheson, 29, of Philadelphia, for felony charges of Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property after he was positively identified.
According to police, Aitcheson has been seen operating a blue 2006 Chevrolet Impala, which is displaying Pennsylvania registration plate LFC6116.
