Parents and teachers are encouraged to participate in Back to School Nights, scheduled by each school in the Bensalem Township School District following the first days of classes on Aug. 28 and 29.
These special evenings are designed for parents to get first-hand knowledge of their children’s daily schedules. Staff members and administrators discuss the academic program with parents, explain teacher expectations along with student responsibilities, and present an update of school policies and procedures. The goal is to facilitate communication between parents and teachers, and strengthen student support systems.
