A child predator who traveled over an hour to have a sexual encounter with a 12-year-old has been arrested by Bensalem Police.
On July 16, Eliseo Caraballo, 35, of Kintnersville, began conversing with an alleged 12-year-old female on a social media app. The two continued to message one another over the course of several days. During those chats, Caraballo asked the juvenile inappropriate questions and indicated that he wanted to be physically intimate with her. On numerous occasions, he asked her for explicit photos, and sent her some.
On July 27, Caraballo arranged to meet the juvenile for a sexual encounter. He traveled from his home in Kintnersville, but Bensalem Police were waiting at the location of the meet and took Caraballo into custody. Caraballo was found to have condoms and candy in his possession.
Caraballo was charged with Attempted Rape and Indecent Assault of a Child Under the Age of 13, Corruption of Minors and related offenses. He was arraigned by District Justice Daniel Baranoski, denied bail and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
