Keynote Program, Networking and Breakfast Meeting
On Thursday, Aug. 10, Tom McManimon, founder and president, StimulusBrand Communications, author and speaker, will present “The Importance of Strong Work Ethic in Creating Success.”
Research shows that a strong work ethic is the No. 1 soft skill sought by employers. It is also an attribute being questioned and challenged in today’s workplace. Having a strong work ethic is linked to improved performance and a greater likelihood for career advancement. Hear how work ethic is impacting the current remote-working culture, improve your ability to plan, create positive habits, tap into your passion and grit under pressure. Hear examples of successful people and how their strong work ethic led to extraordinary success and stardom.
This event takes place at NJM Insurance Group, 301 Sullivan Way, West Trenton, New Jersey. Networking is from 8:30 to 9 a.m.; the program is from 9 to 10:15 a.m. There is no charge to attend for LBCCC members; cost for non-members attending their first keynote is $20.
