On April 26 and May 20, Nicholas Giovannozzi III, 47, was identified as an individual that committed two separate retail thefts at the TJ Maxx located along E. Street Road in Feasterville.
An arrest warrant has been issued for him for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property, as the value of the thefts is over $1,000.
