On June 12, at 11:34 p.m., the Lower Southampton Township Police responded to the 400 block of Timothy Drive in Feasterville to investigate the report of a shooting. During the investigation, resident Timothy Wilson, 65, was arrested for Aggravated Assault and related Felony and Misdemeanor charges following a family dispute with his son.
Wilson was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Daniel Baranoski, who set bail and remanded Wilson to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
